Accessibility

We aim to make this website usable with keyboards, screen readers and other assistive technology, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a development target. This is not a certification or a statement of verified conformance.

The application includes semantic page landmarks, a skip link, labeled form controls, associated error messages, visible focus styles and reduced-motion handling. Cookie preferences use a dialog with keyboard/focus handling. Responsive layouts and readable legal content are part of the design approach; each still requires testing with actual assistive technology.

The introduction player uses native controls with no autoplay. Published media must provide accurate English captions; a transcript can also be supplied. Caption quality, meaningful visual information/audio description and keyboard/screen-reader operation need review against the actual recording. Third-party reCAPTCHA can introduce barriers; report difficulty through the contact below.

We have carried out internal automated checks and browser-based interaction tests on the public website, covering keyboard navigation, forms, cookie preferences, contrast, responsive layouts and motion controls. Identified accessibility issues in the tested public scope have been addressed, and automated accessibility scans found no violations in that scope.

These results do not establish full WCAG conformance or independent certification. Testing with NVDA, native browser zoom at 200% and 400%, and assistive technology on physical mobile devices remains incomplete. Actual published video content and third-party services also require accessibility review.
